Standard choices with published prices.
The standard scope and base price are visible before you decide whether to talk — transparent standard pricing is a trust requirement, not navigation clutter. A sales call may clarify fit and scope; it should not reveal a previously hidden standard price.
What each choice includes, who implements, and when payment occurs.

Done For You (DFY)

- Management of the approved leak systems after the Done With You baseline is established
- Weekly tracking of collected revenue against the Done With You baseline
- Performance-triggered billing with retroactive payment at the week-four assessment, per the terms below
- 52-week exclusivity period begins once the threshold is met
$2,500 to start · $2,500 final performance-trigger payment · $1,000 per week after the approved threshold mechanics trigger
Payment is split at signing and at exit testing.
$1,249 at signing. $1,251 when the system passes exit testing. If the client previously purchased the $649 Do It Yourself package, that amount is credited and $1,851 remains due at exit testing. There is no retry cap on retests.
Delivery target is 1–4 weeks, including the live owner exit-testing meeting and two weeks of post-delivery support.
Two additional standard leak systems.
- Missed Calls & Slow Response$500
- Lost Referrals & Reviews$500
Custom work, self-hosting, and à-la-carte additions may be quoted separately after the standard choices and base prices are visible. Self-hosting in particular is quoted per engagement — no standard range is published or invented.
Reference pricing, shown openly.
A prospect cannot skip directly to Done For You: the Done With You phase establishes the collected-revenue baseline and leak-category tracking required for active management.
- Standard reference: $2,500 to start · $2,500 final performance-trigger payment · $1,000 per week after the approved threshold mechanics trigger
- Current Founding Five pricing, shown openly alongside standard reference pricing. $1,250 to start · $1,250 final performance-trigger payment · $500 per week
- Collected revenue is tracked weekly against the Done With You baseline.
- Supporting indicators explain why revenue moved but do not trigger billing.
- The current trigger is 10 times collected revenue relative to baseline, measured cumulatively since deployment — the total collected revenue across the four leak categories since go-live. This is an offer mechanic, not a result promise, benchmark, or guarantee.
- At the week-four assessment: if the threshold is met, the final payment and weekly fees are billed retroactively and the 52-week exclusivity period begins. If the threshold is not met and both parties extend, work continues unbilled under the same terms. If the threshold is not met and there is no extension, the engagement ends at the initial payment with no further obligation.
Publish-ready note: the open decisions governing the precise 10-times measurement, baseline period, attribution, extension limits, repricing, and exclusivity mechanics are still being resolved. Until then, base prices are shown and performance-triggered billing is described conservatively — nothing missing is invented.
- The three standard choices and base prices are published openly.
- Approved standard add-ons are published with their prices.
- Custom and à-la-carte items are quoted separately per engagement.
- A sales call may clarify fit and scope; it should not reveal a previously hidden standard price.
